This utility size deba kitchen knife has been created from high carbon steel and soft mild steel in the traditional fashion. Forge welded together with a pure nickel accent between, the two steels will develop their own unique patina over time revealing the junction of the layers. The 130mm blade is the perfect size for cutting down small to medium fish and chicken and features a robust chisel grind for left handed use. The back of the blade has been hollowed to reduce food stiction. The handle is composed of black G10, nickel silver and ironwood. The deba is handy in the kitchen for jobs that require a more robust edge that may contact light bones but is able to cut tight accurate lines.
