This blade is designed to be a kitchen workhorse. The long blade makes it perfect for slicing boneless proteins. 52100 steel is a favorite among custom makers, utilised where it’s fine grain structure and wear resistance will be appreciated. To further enhance the beauty of this blade I have forge welded a stainless jacket onto the blade steel to produce a dramatic effect as the core steel patinas over time.

Care must be taken to clean and dry knife after use and not leave submerged in dish water or put in dish washer.
Accurately heat treated in a kiln, quenched & tempered.
Must be cleaned and dried before storage, not safe for dishwasher
