This gyuto style kitchen knife has been hand crafted from 12C28N high nitrogen stainless steel. This is a high grade Swedish made stainless blade steel known for it’s fine grain structure and stain resistance.

. The 130mm oval handle leads to a 250mm blade ground with a high even bevel. The gyuto blade can be a staple in any kitchen and will excel at cutting soft material such as boneless meat and deseeded fruits or vegetables. The distal taper helps lighten the blade so that it will move easily with the hand.
